And Hojbjerg doubled the advantage of Spurs and first reacted after the goalkeeper from Wolves Rui Patricio had a Gareth Bale effort to push the ball into the lower right corner.
Romain Saiss, Adama Traore and Fabio Silva had all good opportunities to respond to visitors, but not for the first time this season it was a frustrating day before the goal for wolves who have the twelfth place on the table.
