It is the first time since an event in 1991 in Orlando that a tournament will include an all-USA quarter-final position.
Michelsen came from behind to defeat France Adrian Mannarino 6-7 (0), 6-4, 6-2.

Diallo had a 4-1 lead in Assen, but Baez saved 5 out of 9 breaks, while he converted 4 out of 6 break-point options.

The Australian Christopher O’Connell stormed the fourth seed Nicolas Jarry von Chile 6-2, 5-7, 7-6 (5)-and stormed from a 3-0 deficit in the third tiebreaker and Marton FucSovics from Hungary No. 7 Mariano Navone by Argentina 4-6, 6: 4.
