The Arizona Diamondbacks placed the star second Baseman Ketel Marte on the 10-day injury list on Saturday, as it had a tense left armpit.
The Diamondbacks reminded the Tim Tawa infield by Triple-A Reno in a corresponding step.
Marte was removed from Arizona’s game against the Washington National at the top of the first inn on Friday after suffering the injury when he had a double. He started when he approached the second basis and was replaced by Garrett Hampson Garrett Hampson.
