This will be Seattle in Seattle in front of the winter classic and compete with a Philly team at the top of the Eastern Conference. The octopuses are won against the Flyers 2-2 against the flyers both matchups last season.
Saturday, December 30th
10 am-12pm | 2024 Discover NHL Winter Classic Legacy Event @ Verlo Playfield, Tacoma
A ceremonial groundbreaking and non -profit celebration with the NHL, Seattle Kraken, a roof foundation and Virginia Mason Franciscan, which was together to renovate a leeway outdoors in connection with Metro Parks Tacoma.
11-1pm | The Stanley Cup @ Kraken Community Iceplex
Visit the Stanley Cup in the Iceplex before the 2024 Discover NHL Winter Classic! This event is free of charge and accessible to the public.
7 p.m. to 2 a.m. | Winter Hockey Hall @ Queen Anne Beer Hall
The hall houses the largest sports observation celebrations in the PNW and welcomes all hockey fans in Seattle and those who travel to the Emerald City for the big game in Mariners Ballpark. Wear your best jersey for free raffles, Emerald City Hockey’s Deep Dive Podcast, a set of DJ Luckystrike and the chance of winning tickets for the big game on New Year’s Day! Fourth and last episode. The reality television series “Road to the NHL Winter Classic” was first introduced in 2010 before the winter classic in Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. The series behind the scenes was a staple for hockey fans and offers committed action lines and unrestricted access to the teams that should face outdoors.

The Seattle Kraken organizes the defending champion Vegas Golden Knights in the T-Mobile Park House of the Seattle Mariners by Major League Baseball.
